Who Are We?
Thermofix is small limited company, there are three directors; Gareth, Jim and Steve. Those three directors are also the people who answer the phones and turn up at your house. Why choose us?
Our absolute focus is customer service, being contactable when you need us and completing our work to the highest standard. We may only be a team of three; however, our homes mean we cover a huge area of Sheffield. From Stocksbridge in the north, central Sheffield and Calver village in the south and west. This means we can be on hand in very little time for 99% of our customers.
What are our aims?
Working in the heating industry, one which is currently evolving quickly means we have two primary tasks; to anticipate the future, where our industry is going and ensuring we are ahead of the curve. We are continually adding to our skill set, enrolling on courses for future technologies and integrating this into our system designs and finished projects.
Equally, we’ve spent years working on more traditional heating systems, we know these will be in use for many years to come. It’s also our responsibility to ensure these systems continue to work and are maintained in such a way they last and don’t become a part of throwaway culture.
